Satrin sypro contains Cetirizine which belongs to the group of medicines called Antihistamines. It is used to relieve the symptoms of hay fever (seasonal rhinitis) which includes sneezing, irritated, runny or blocked nose and itchy, runny or watery eyes (in adults and children over the age of 2 years). It is also used to relieve symptoms of other allergies such as non-seasonal rhinitis (runny and itchy nose), skin allergies (such as rash, itching or hives) and pet or house mite allergies (in adults and children over the age of 6 years).
